For example, in New York City, there is already a rock-climbing gym that has separate spaces for people to come in and work. So you can bring your laptop, get some work done, do some climbing, return to your desk, climb again a little bit later, and just keep that cycle going. It makes working and working out easier for you.

5. Online Fitness

Maybe you don’t have the time or energy to commute to a gym or fitness class every day or multiple times throughout the week. And that’s okay because online fitness might be the solution to your problem.

If you are a stay-at-home mom, you can squeeze in your workouts by checking out the many fitness videos on YouTube or other internet platforms. With so many free fitness videos online, you can do yoga one day, pilates the next, and barre after that. You will video call your trainer and work out in the comfort of your own home. It’s that simple!

Didn’t know rowing could be so popular? Think again! They’re actually calling it the “new spinning.”

More gyms are popping up with rowing machines and rowing classes that help individuals get that high-intensity, full-body workout. Sure, your muscles might be sore after the first class or two, but you will be amazed at how quickly you can get into the groove and pick up this type of exercise with no problem.
