  • Grapefruit
  • Avocados
  • Olive Oil

  • Lemon Juice

  • 1. Prepare vinaigrette by mixing lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add in olive oil slowly.
  • 2. Remove skin and seeds from avocados. Cut into thick slices and add into vinaigrette to prevent browning.
  • 3. Segment grapefruit by removing all of the white pith.
  • 4. Arrange the fruits on a platter with the vinaigrette on top. Serve.
