Shrimp and Carrots Curry with Coconut Milk
- 200 grams shrimps
- 100 grams carrots
- 100 grams beans
- 100 grams potato
- 1 pack of instant coconut milk
- 5 cloves of red onions
- 3 cloves of white onions
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 piece of turmeric (you can replace this with turmeric powder)
- 3 lime leaves
- 1 piece of lemongrass
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 piece of galangal
How to Make Shrimp Curry
- Mashed all seasonings, except lemongrass and lime leaves.
- Put 2 tbsp of cooking oil on the pan and let it heat.
- Stir-fry the seasoning, lemongrass and lime leaves until shriveled.
- Add some water.
- Put the shrimps, vegetables and coconut oil into the pan.
- Let it boil for some couple minutes, then turn off the stove.
