Stir-fried Broccoli with Shrimp



200 gram medium-size of shrimps, remove its skin, rip the back side, leave its tail
150 gram of broccoli, cut each of its blossom
1 piece of onion, sliced
2 pieces of garlic, minced
1 cm ginger, bruised
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
½ tsp tomato ketchup
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
150 ml water
2 tsp cornstarch, dissolve with 2 tsp of water
2 tbsp cooking oil

How to make a healthy stir-fried broccoli

1.Saute the onion, garlic, and ginger until shriveled.
2.Put the shrimp, stir until its color changes.
3.Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Stir well.
4.Pour the water, and then put the broccoli into the boiled water.
5.Add the cornstarch solution, stir well.
6.Ready for 4 servings.

Cooking tips:Boil broccoli with 3 minutes maximum time to keep the nutrients inside.
